Smit LNG

The Alfa Laval Smit LNG/LPG system is a combustion-type system for generating inert gas with a low dew point. It is specifically designed for LNG carriers and LPG carriers, which require very dry inert gas with very high quality. Using the unique Ultramizing® system, it provides inert gas that is not only dry but also completely soot-free. The Smit LNG/LPG system can produce 3000–22,500 m3/h at a pressure of up to 0.4 bar(g).
