Alfa Laval Benelux certified Top Employer Netherlands 2017
Alfa Laval Benelux in Breda has been officially certified for its remarkable employee offerings.
The annual research conducted by the Top Employers Institute, globally certifies excellence in the conditions that employers create for their people. It recognizes companies that nurture and develop talent throughout all levels of the organization, and strive to continuously optimize the conditions for their people. The results of this year’s research in The Netherlands have just been announced. Alfa Laval Benelux is one of the select organizations to achieve the Top Employer Netherlands 2017 Certification.
Integral to the Top Employers Certification is that participating companies must complete a stringent research process: the international Top Employers Institute HR Best Practices Research. During this process the complete HR offering is being assessed, ranging from basic employment conditions and work environment, to performance management programmes and company culture.
To reinforce the validity of the process, all answers were independently audited, meaning this research has verified Alfa Laval Benelux as having outstanding employee conditions and earned them a coveted spot among a choice group of certified Top Employers.
“We are pleased that we – as first-time participants to the certification programme - have been recognized as Top Employer 2017”, says Kristof Truyens, HR Manager Benelux at Alfa Laval. “This acknowledgement underlines that our company – as well as our HR management – is well positioned among other renowned employers in The Netherlands that comply with the global standard of the Top Employer Institute. This confirms that we are well on track”.
Thijs Peddemors, Managing Director Alfa Laval Benelux comments: “We are committed to create and maintain a pleasant and inspiring working environment that empowers people to grow, professionally and personally. This is an ongoing process and the recognition of the Top Employers Institute is a positive stimulus to benchmark and further develop our HR offering in line with what is needed to fully leverage the potential of our employees”.
