Alfa Laval Benelux certified Top Employer Netherlands 2017

Alfa Laval Benelux in Breda has been officially certified for its remarkable employee offerings.

The annual research conducted by the Top Employers Institute, globally certifies excellence in the conditions that employers create for their people. It recognizes companies that nurture and develop talent throughout all levels of the organization, and strive to continuously optimize the conditions for their people. The results of this year’s research in The Netherlands have just been announced. Alfa Laval Benelux is one of the select organizations to achieve the Top Employer Netherlands 2017 Certification.

Integral to the Top Employers Certification is that participating companies must complete a stringent research process: the international Top Employers Institute HR Best Practices Research. During this process the complete HR offering is being assessed, ranging from basic employment conditions and work environment, to performance management programmes and company culture.

To reinforce the validity of the process, all answers were independently audited, meaning this research has verified Alfa Laval Benelux as having outstanding employee conditions and earned them a coveted spot among a choice group of certified Top Employers.
